Description: This report summarises the discussions that took place during the session entitled “National health research: developing a policy framework” organised by COHRED during the Global Forum for Health Research meeting, held in Beijing October 2007. The session was co-chaired by Fudan University Prof Jie Chen (Peoples’ Republic of China) and COHRED Director Prof Carel IJsselmuiden.
